Greeli is operated by Tellinga LLC ("Tellinga", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Greeli (the "App" and "Service").

1. Account information

Name, email, phone number, age, and login credentials you provide when creating an account.

2. Profile information

Photos, bio, interests, prompts you choose to broadcast, and any optional details you add to your profile.

3. Location & venue data

Approximate location is used only to power check-ins and nearby discovery. We never share your exact location with other users, and you can disable location at any time.

4. Check-ins

When you check into a venue, we store the venue, time, and short-lived visibility window so nearby users can see your green light.

5. QR code interactions

QR scans on profiles and venues are logged to power previews, connections, and onboarding links. We do not share who scanned your code with third parties.

6. Chat & wave features

Messages and waves are stored to deliver the feature. You can delete chats at any time, and we remove them permanently when you delete your account.

7. AI prompt suggestions

Greeli uses AI to suggest prompts, icebreakers, and vibe matches. Inputs used for these suggestions are processed transiently and are not used to train third-party foundation models.

8. Device information

Device model, OS version, app version, language, and crash logs — used to keep the App stable and secure.

9. Safety & reporting tools

When you block or report someone, we retain the report and relevant context to investigate and take action. Reports may be reviewed by our safety team.

10. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to operate the App (hosting, analytics, crash reporting) and when required by law.

11. Your choices

• Turn your green light off at any time.
• Block and report users from any profile.
• Request export of your data via support@greeli.ai.

12. Account deletion

You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete account. Your profile, check-ins, chat history, and reports tied to your account are removed permanently, subject to limited legal retention.

13. Children

Greeli is intended for users 18 and older.
