Terms of Service

These Terms are between you and Tellinga LLC, the operator of Greeli ("Tellinga", "we", "us"). By using Greeli, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Greeli.

2. User conduct

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, or threats.
• No stalking, doxxing, or unwanted contact in person or online.
• No spam, scams, or commercial solicitation.
• No impersonation or fake profiles.
• No illegal activity — ever.

3. Public prompts

Prompts you broadcast are visible to nearby users. Keep them safe and appropriate. Explicit, threatening, or harassing prompts will be removed and may result in account action.

4. Broadcast Mode

Broadcast Mode signals that you're open to connecting nearby. You're in control — turn it on and off at any time. Broadcasting does not obligate anyone to interact with you, and silence is always a valid answer.

5. Check-In Mode

Check-Ins make you visible at a specific venue for a limited window. Don't check into venues you aren't physically at, and don't use check-ins to track or follow another person.

6. Venue behavior

Greeli connects people in real places. Behave lawfully at venues, follow venue rules, and treat staff and patrons with respect. Tellinga is not responsible for interactions that occur off-platform.

7. QR code usage

Don't use QR codes to deceive, redirect, or impersonate another person or venue. We may invalidate QR codes that violate these Terms.

8. Optional chat

In-app chat is optional and exists to help you coordinate real-world connection. Don't use chat to harass, threaten, or pressure other users.

9. Harassment, stalking & spam

Zero tolerance. Repeated unwanted contact, following users between venues, or sending unsolicited promotional content will result in immediate account action.

10. Safety expectations

Meet in public, trust your instincts, and use the in-app block and report tools whenever something feels off. If you feel unsafe, leave the venue and contact local authorities.

11. User-generated content

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Tellinga a limited license to host, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate the Service.

12. Account suspension & removal

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

13. Limitation of liability

Greeli is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tellinga LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
