How do I turn my green light on?
Open greeli, tap the broadcast button, and choose a prompt. Your signal becomes visible to people nearby until you turn it off.
Who can see me?
Only people within range of your venue or check-in. You're never on a public feed, and your exact location is never shared.
How do QR codes work?
Every greeli profile and venue has a QR code. Scan to preview, connect, and — if you don't have the app yet — get a one-tap download link.
I can't check into a venue.
Make sure location is enabled for greeli and you're physically at the venue. If it still fails, contact support and we'll help quickly.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your profile, check-ins, and chat history are removed permanently.
